The Dear Hunter - The Right Wrong

| Keith
In the dead of night, I'm held in a gaze
My heart has a habit of shedding light on my numerous mistakes
And they wear me down aligned with the ghosts of pain that keep me awake
Oh, the past can paralyze if you ponder the paths you didn't take

We're back! Iceland was a blast, but we're happy to be back and in the saddle. Sorry for the short interruption, but we decided to focus on enjoying all that Iceland had to offer. So, what's new? Well, this terrific track from The Dear Hunter, for one thing.

Upcoming Shows

Grísalappalísa - Abc

| Keith

There were quite a few in our group (ahem, Kerri) who didn't really get Grísalappalísa. I thought they were awesome and was grinning like a fool through their whole crazy set. They're a bit like an old school punk band, with flavors of ska and a lot of quirk. Here, check out this video to get an idea of what I'm talking about.

Jo Goes Hunting - Winner

| Keith

One of the more fun and crazy acts we saw was Dutch artist Jo Goes Hunting. The show was an eclectic and energetic mix that's a bit hard to describe. It was very, very fun and a bit of a spectacle. Here's a video to give you an idea:

Pinegrove - Intrepid

| Keith

I've seen Pinegrove several times, and they're awesome. Their show at Airwaves was a blast, and I found out just after getting back that their fabulous new single "Intrepid" was out, so here it is. Enjoy!

Kiriyama Family - Innocence

| Keith

I was so glad to catch Kiriyama Family's full set. We walked in at the tail end of one of their shows and I was pulled in by their sophisticated-yet-groovy 80's sound, so made a plan to catch them the next day. It was a great plan. They're terrific and I'm hoping they'll make their way stateside soon. SXSW? They seem like they'd be a perfect fit.
